Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov stated that he met with Austria’s Federal Minister of the Interior, Gerhard Karner, as part of their discussions.

Commenting on the meeting, Saidov said: “Our agenda included expanding cooperation in security, migration management, counterterrorism, and other important areas.”

Emphasizing the importance of strengthening information exchange, Saidov added: “We highlighted the importance of enhancing information exchange, developing institutional partnerships, and advancing joint initiatives aimed at ensuring stability and protecting the security of our citizens.”
