Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Pakistan Prime Minister Sharif, in a statement marking Pakistan Air Force Day, praised the air force personnel and their role in defending the country’s airspace.

Shehbaz said, “On Pakistan Air Force Day, I salute the courage, professionalism and unwavering spirit of our brave air warriors.”

Stating that the Pakistan Air Force has built an important legacy over the years, Shehbaz said, “From the heroic defense of our skies in September 1965 to the resolute response during Marka-e-Haq in May 2025, the Pakistan Air Force has upheld its proud legacy of courage, precision and sacrifice.”

Sharif highlighted the Pakistan Air Force’s performance in readiness, technological capability and coordination with other forces, saying, “It has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to defend Pakistan’s sovereignty against every challenge.”

Sharif also paid tribute to those who lost their lives while serving in the Pakistan Air Force, saying, “We respectfully express our gratitude to our martyrs, our heroes whose supreme sacrifices will remain forever etched in the memory of our nation.”

Sharif said the people of Pakistan are proud of the air force, adding, “The entire nation is proud of the Pakistan Air Force and stands firmly alongside our sons and daughters in uniform.”
