Spajic comments on the Durdevica Tara Bridge
Podgorica, April 20 (Hibya) – Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajic stated that the Durdevica Tara Bridge is a significant engineering achievement of the period in which it was built.
In his statement, Spajic noted that the bridge maintains a special place in Montenegro’s culture and history of freedom. He also said that the bridge stands as a symbol of resilience, aesthetics, and continuity, emphasizing the importance of reconstructing it in line with modern needs and UNESCO standards during the period marking the 20th anniversary of Montenegro regaining its independence.
Spajic also stated that thanks to the donation provided by the People’s Republic of China, the bridge has become a symbol of friendship between the two countries.
