Prime Minister Spajic stated that the message of his meeting with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul was: “Montenegro, as the leader of the integration process, can rely on the full support of Germany, with whom it maintains very strong political relations.”

Spajic emphasized that Montenegro is not slowing down and does not want to leave even the slightest doubt for Germany or any other member state.

He added: “We expect Lidl to begin operating soon, and we anticipate attracting more German investments to Montenegro in the coming period. We also expect the issue of recognizing Montenegrin driver’s licenses to be resolved soon. We are building strong partnerships for a strong Montenegro.”
