Montenegro Prime Minister Milojko Spajic, commenting on his meeting with US Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, highlighted the contribution of the intergovernmental agreement between the two countries to their partnership.

Drawing attention to the content of the meeting and areas of cooperation, Spajic said, "During our candid and constructive meeting with Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, we reaffirmed the importance of the strong partnership between Montenegro and the United States, especially following the intergovernmental agreement signed between the two countries, which is already creating new opportunities for cooperation."

Spajic said in his statement, "We discussed important issues such as security and defense cooperation, European integration, economic matters, and improving the business environment."
