Spanish citizens evacuated from Iran arrive in Armenia
Madrid, June 19 (Hibya) – Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, EU and Cooperation, Jose Manuel Albares, announced that Spanish citizens who requested evacuation from Iran have arrived in Armenia.
Minister Albares stated that the Spaniards who requested evacuation from Iran are now safely in Armenia.
He noted that they will soon be flown to Spain, adding: “I appreciate the outstanding work of our embassy in Iran and the Foreign Ministry’s consular emergency unit in protecting our citizens.”
