Sybiha congratulates his Bolivian counterpart
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha congratulated Hector Francisco Huanca Gutierrez on his appointment as Bolivia's Minister of Foreign Affairs.
In his statement, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha congratulated Hector Francisco Huanca Gutierrez on assuming office as Bolivia's Foreign Minister.
Stressing his commitment to strengthening relations between the two countries, Sybiha said: "I look forward to working together to strengthen bilateral relations between our countries, uphold the principles of international law, and build a just peace."
Wishing his new counterpart success in his new role, Sybiha also expressed hope for stronger cooperation between Ukraine and Bolivia.
