Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha shared details of his conversation with Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel.

Referring to the course of the war and attacks on infrastructure, Sybiha said: “It was nice to speak with David van Weel today. During the phone call, we exchanged views on the latest geopolitical developments. I provided information on the situation on the battlefield and the humanitarian challenges in Ukraine caused by Russia’s ruthless attacks on our critical infrastructure.”

Emphasizing the assistance provided by the Netherlands, Minister Sybiha stated: “I thanked the Netherlands for its determined and urgent support, especially regarding Ukraine’s energy resilience.”

Sybiha also noted that peace processes and relations with allies were discussed: “I also briefed my Dutch counterpart on peace efforts and the dynamics of Ukraine–U.S. talks.”
