Foreign Minister Sybiha reported that Russia launched a new attack using hundreds of drones and missiles, damaging residential areas and causing civilian casualties and injuries.

He emphasized that western cities like Chernivtsi, Lviv, and Lutsk were particularly brutally attacked, and other regions were also targeted.

"The scale of Russia’s daily terror against civilians highlights the urgency of depriving Moscow of the oil revenues it turns into war crimes. Russia’s war machine produces hundreds of terror tools every day. This scale poses a threat not only to Ukraine but to the entire transatlantic community. In the interest of our partners, this terror factory must be struck swiftly with strong new sanctions: the 18th EU sanctions package and the Graham-Blumenthal bill. The financing of Putin’s death factory must be halted immediately."
