Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said Russia is waging a global struggle to influence people in the cognitive domain of modern warfare.

Sybiha said: “Russia is waging a global war for people’s minds through an extensive network of tools and channels, including Rossotrudnichestvo and the so-called Russkiy Dom (‘Russian House’) cultural centers.”

Claiming that these structures serve as tools for disinformation, destabilization and espionage, Sybiha said Ukraine appreciates the steps being taken across Europe to disrupt the activities of these networks. He added that the Russian House in Berlin was also closed following activities involving “harmful influence.”

Sybiha said some disinformation centers continue to operate in at least 7 European countries, while the network’s activities in Africa, Central and East Asia, the Asia-Pacific region and South America are even broader in scope.

Sybiha said Ukraine has formally approached governments around the world regarding the threat posed by the network to national security and has presented grounds for restricting and completely shutting down its activities.
