Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

US President Donald Trump stated that the ceasefire achieved through diplomatic contacts with the leaders of both countries is a step toward ending the conflict in the region.

Sharing details about the scope and schedule of the ceasefire, Trump said, “I am pleased to announce that a three-day ceasefire (May 9, 10, and 11) will be declared in the war between Russia and Ukraine. While celebrations in Russia are being held for Victory Day, the same applies to Ukraine, as they were also a major part and factor in World War II.”

Providing information about the content of the ceasefire, Trump stated, “This ceasefire will include the cessation of all military activities and the exchange of one thousand prisoners from each country.”

Thanking the leaders involved in the process, Trump said, “This request was made directly by me, and I am very grateful that President Vladimir Putin and President Volodymyr Zelensky accepted it. I hope this marks the beginning of the end of a very long, deadly, and difficult war.”

Offering optimistic messages regarding the peace talks, Trump stated, “Negotiations to end this great conflict, the largest since World War II, are continuing, and we are getting closer every day. Thank you for your interest in this matter!”
