Trump: Six people detained for damaging the Reflecting Pool
Washington, June 23 (Hibya) - United States President Donald Trump announced that six people were detained and action was taken against seven others in connection with damage caused to the Reflecting Pool.
US President Donald Trump announced that action had been taken against a total of 13 individuals in connection with damage caused to the Reflecting Pool.
Trump stated that cuts measuring approximately 350 feet in length had been made in the pool, adding, “This damage was inflicted intentionally and constitutes a criminal act.” Noting that the damaged grassy areas had been restored, Trump said that permanent repair work would be carried out either before or after the July 4 Independence Day celebrations.
