Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

President Donald Trump is holding a joint press conference with Prime Minister Keir Starmer as part of his official visit to the UK.

At the joint press conference, Trump said, “I thought the war in Ukraine would be easily resolved because of my relationship with Putin, but Putin disappointed me. He really disappointed me greatly.”

Key points from Trump’s remarks:

“I’m beyond grateful for this magnificent welcome. The U.S. and the UK are very close allies. The technology agreement will enable the U.S. and the UK to lead the next major tech revolution side by side.

President Putin disappointed me on Ukraine. I thought it would be the easiest issue, but the process there became complicated. We’ll see how the Ukraine issue ends.

The situation in Israel and Gaza is complicated as well, yes, but we will solve it. So far, we have ended seven wars.”

“We welcome the UK’s defense commitments. We hope to defend the values of freedom together with the UK.”

Prime Minister Starmer also said:

“We discussed with President Trump ways to increase our support for Ukraine’s defense. Today we talked about how to strengthen our own defense, further support Ukraine, and firmly increase pressure on Putin to reach a lasting peace agreement.

We are fully aligned on peace and the roadmap. We also addressed the Israel–Palestine issue. Recognizing Palestine should be viewed within the framework of a peace plan.

Irregular migration is a significant problem. It’s important that the readmission agreement functions. We need to solve the migration issue.”
