Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Estonian Foreign Minister Tsahkna stated that Russia’s withdrawal from the Wetlands Convention is another sign of its disregard for nature and the planet’s long-term sustainability.

He stressed that this is not an isolated act but part of a broader pattern of environmental destruction, adding: “Ukraine has documented over 8,000 cases of Russian environmental crimes – from soil and water pollution to widespread forest fires. All are attempts to kill and destroy.”

Tsahkna said the international community must respond firmly: “Aggressors who use nature as a weapon and view the environment as collateral damage must face real consequences.”
