Tusk congratulates Lula on election victory
Warsaw, October 26 (Hibya) - Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk congratulated Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on his fourth presidential election victory, stating that relations between the two countries are based on ties that go beyond a conventional partnership.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk congratulated Lula da Silva on his election victory in a post on his social media account. Tusk noted that approximately two million people of Polish descent live in Brazil, emphasizing that relations between the two countries amount to more than an ordinary partnership.
In his statement, Tusk said he was looking forward to his next meeting with Lula da Silva.
