The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Russian missile and drone attacks left cities and villages without electricity for hours. The ministry emphasized that the people did not give up in the face of these conditions and added:

“Instead of silence and fear, other scenes emerge: parents light up football fields so that children can continue playing; barbers cut hair using flashlights; musicians continue singing even after the lights go out, refusing to let the attack break the moment. Darkness cannot stop us.”

The ministry highlighted that these actions reflect “the spirit of a nation that does not stop despite Russian terror,” and called on the international community to respond.
