Prague, May 5 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with Czech Republic Senate President Milos Vystrcil.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with Czech Republic Senate President Milos Vystrcil.
Zelensky stated that he held a meeting with vice presidents and committee chairs, saying: “We are grateful for their support of our European integration. Ukraine is ready to open the first negotiation clusters within the EU accession talks. We hope that the unity and determination of EU countries will help make this happen as soon as possible. We discussed the need for lasting peace, a full and unconditional 30-day ceasefire, and increasing pressure on Russia until sustainable silence is achieved. We trust the Czech Republic. I thank the Senate for passing nine resolutions supporting Ukraine and for contributing to the advancement of the International Crimea Platform.”
