Umerov: We rely on the support of our partners in Europe
Kyiv, November 25 (Hibya) – Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov stated that the delegations had reached a common understanding on the basic terms of the agreement discussed in Geneva.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, said that they appreciated both the talks held in Geneva between the Ukrainian and U.S. delegations and President Trump’s efforts to bring the war to an end.
Umerov, who said that “our delegations reached a common understanding on the basic terms of the agreement discussed in Geneva,” noted that in the next steps they were relying on the support of their partners in Europe.
Umerov also said, “We are looking forward to the President of Ukraine paying a visit to the United States as early as November, completing the final steps and reaching an agreement with President Trump.”
