UN High Commissioner Türk: We need multilateralism
New York, April 24 (Hibya) – United Nations (UN) High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk released a message on the occasion of the International Day of Multilateralism and Diplomacy for Peace.
In his message, Türk emphasized that war, economic crises, and climate chaos do not stop at borders, and stated:
“Global threats require global cooperation based on our shared desire for dignity and security. That is why we need multilateralism.”
