Zakharova: Russian army strictly observed Easter ceasefire
Moscow, April 24 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that the Russian army strictly adhered to the Easter ceasefire.
According to Zakharova and the Russian Ministry of Defense, nearly 4,900 ceasefire violations by Ukrainian forces were recorded during the 30-hour Easter ceasefire declared by President Vladimir Putin.
The spokesperson emphasized that the Russian army implemented the ceasefire meticulously.
Zakharova added that the West continues to provide military and financial aid to Kyiv, saying, “This clearly reflects the desperate attempts of European hawks to help Kyiv turn the tide on the battlefield. The realistic prospect of a Russian victory deeply unsettles them.”
