UNRWA calls for an immediate ceasefire for Palestine
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) issued a statement to draw attention to the events in Gaza.
In its statement, UNRWA called for an immediate ceasefire.
On the agency’s official account it was stated: “More and more people in Gaza are being forced to leave their homes. They are being forced to walk down empty roads. There is no safe place to go. No shelters exist. Urgent measures must be taken for an immediate ceasefire.”
