UNRWA: Survival has turned into a daily struggle
New York, September 7 (Hibya) - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported that thousands of people in Gaza have once again been forcibly displaced from their homes.
In a statement, UNRWA said that thousands of people in Gaza have once again been forcibly displaced from their homes.
The statement noted that people are being uprooted by ongoing attacks and crammed into small, unsafe areas:
“With buildings, schools, shelters and hospitals destroyed, access to food, clean water and other basic needs has become severely limited. Survival has turned into a daily struggle. No place is safe, no person is secure. The human cost of this relentless violence and displacement is immense.”
