UNRWA: We have the capacity and expertise to rebuild Gaza
New York, November 10 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) stated in a message to The Guardian that it has the capacity and expertise required to support the reconstruction process in Gaza following the war.
In its statement to The Guardian, UNRWA emphasized that it possesses the necessary resources and know-how to assist the people of Gaza in rebuilding their lives after the conflict.
The agency stressed that achieving lasting peace and a stable future requires genuine investment in a political solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. It also highlighted the importance of establishing justice and addressing the process of healing within both Palestinian and Israeli societies with seriousness.
