Volatile and mixed trading seen in bond markets
Istanbul, September 15 (Hibya) - Global bond markets showed a volatile and mixed trend across countries.
Bond markets showed a clear divergence during the week's trading session. Ten-year bond yields rose in the US, the UK and Japan, while declines were recorded in France and Germany.
The UK 10-year bond yield (UK 10-YR) rose by 0.0423 points to 5.4141 percent, while the US 10-year bond yield (US 10-YR) gained 0.057 points to reach 5.018 percent.
The Japan 10-year bond yield (JPN 10-YR) rose by 0.038 points and traded at 3.026 percent.
By contrast, the France 10-year bond yield (FRA 10-YR) fell by 0.015 points to 4.4803 percent, while the Germany 10-year bond yield (Bund 10-YR) declined by 0.0032 points to 3.5284 percent.
