Istanbul, August 25 (Hibya) - Foreign exchange markets showed a volatile performance during the week's trading session.
Foreign exchange markets showed a volatile performance during the week's trading session. The dollar gained against the Japanese yen and Canadian dollar, while the euro, British pound and Australian dollar weakened against the US dollar.
The USD/JPY pair rose 0.13 percent to 159.29. The USD/CAD pair gained 0.12 percent to reach 1.3858.
The AUD/USD pair traded at 0.7147, down 0.028 percent, while the GBP/USD pair fell 0.0587 percent to 1.3622.
The EUR/USD pair lost 0.0686 percent and closed the day at 1.1654.
