The World Health Organization (WHO) announced that alcohol companies are using marketing methods to target young people.

The statement said: "Alcohol ads are everywhere — on social media, in schools, and in your favorite shows. Alcohol companies are using AI-powered digital marketing methods to specifically target youth. A study revealed that 93% of 16–17-year-olds have seen alcohol ads on social media. Don’t let marketing tricks influence you. Stay smart, stay in control."
