Yermak said that President Volodymyr Zelensky participated in the Coalition of the Willing leaders’ meeting, co-chaired by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron.

He noted that leaders from 40 countries reiterated their unity in supporting Ukraine, saying:

“Participants unanimously supported the idea of a full ceasefire, rejected by Putin, who continues attacks on civilians and violations of NATO airspace. They reaffirmed the inviolability of Ukraine’s sovereignty and stressed that the current front line should serve as the basis for negotiations.”

Yermak stated that the coalition had agreed to intensify economic pressure on Russia, withdraw its oil and gas from global markets, counter the shadow fleet, and use frozen Russian assets for Ukraine’s needs in 2026–2027.

He added that the partners also agreed to support Ukraine’s energy sector and increase additional military aid, especially air defense systems. “The security guarantees project has also been completed; once the war ends, a multinational force will be deployed to protect Ukraine’s skies and seas,” Yermak said.
