Zakharova: News from Ukraine resembles the chronicle of a failed state
Moscow, September 15 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova claimed in her assessment of Ukraine that the Kyiv administration had long since lost its sovereignty and was being sustained by Western support.

Claiming that the Kyiv administration had long since lost its sovereignty, Zakharova alleged that the government had turned into a puppet backed by the West.
Zakharova also argued that the Ukrainian people had been reduced to expendable elements for geopolitical games and to manpower to be used in the war.
