Zakharova: We have taken note of Trump’s statements
Moscow, October 23 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russia had taken note of U.S. President Donald Trump’s statements, including his remarks about the “cancellation” of the planned U.S.–Russia summit initiated by Washington.
Zakharova noted that Russia had taken note of Trump’s October 22 statements, including the “cancellation” of the planned summit, adding that relevant comments would be provided through the Russian President’s press service.
She stated that the “Kyiv regime has turned to cleansing Ukraine’s political space,” adding: “Odessa Mayor Trukhanov was suddenly dismissed and stripped of his citizenship by Zelensky’s decree. His powers were transferred to a new military administration — not surprisingly, it’s not Saakashvili.”
Zakharova said, “The insatiable appetite of the Kyiv junta has long angered ordinary Europeans, yet EU elites stubbornly continue to fund the Banderites. The result is predictable: Zelensky’s gang will once again steal the money and sell most of the weapons on the black market.”
