Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that he had held talks with US presidential representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.

In a statement posted on social media, Zelensky said they had reviewed the outcomes of the meeting between the two countries' teams in Florida. Noting that communication between the teams was continuing regularly, Zelensky stated that they were working on the next steps in the diplomatic process.

Stating that Russian attacks were continuing, Zelensky said they had briefed international partners on the situation on the ground and Ukraine's air defense needs. Emphasizing that the US position on these matters was decisive, Zelensky noted that his country was ready to work constructively and honestly to achieve concrete results.

Zelensky stated that peace could be achieved through cooperation based on strength and trust, and thanked Americans who support Ukraine and share this approach.
