Zelensky to visit Türkiye tomorrow
Kyiv, 18 November (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he will hold meetings in Türkiye tomorrow, stating that they are preparing to revive the negotiation process.
Zelensky noted that they are working to ensure that their upcoming meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Sánchez results in agreements that will strengthen them further. He said, “Ukraine must achieve concrete results every day in its relations with its partners.”
Stating that he will hold talks in Türkiye tomorrow, Zelensky added: “We are preparing to revive the negotiations and have developed solutions that we plan to present to our partners. Ukraine’s priority is to bring an end to the war as soon as possible. We are also working on resuming prisoner exchanges and bringing our prisoners of war back home.”
Zelensky mentioned that he instructed preparations for a General Staff meeting on Thursday, adding:
“This week will also include important meetings with government officials, as well as a session with the Verkhovna Rada leadership and MPs of the Servant of the People party. I am preparing many significant draft laws and swift steps that our state needs.”
