Zelensky: Ukraine continues to work on the release of our prisoners of war
Kyiv, June 8 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine continues its efforts to secure the release of prisoners of war and the return of fallen soldiers.
Zelensky emphasized that Russia understands only the language of force, saying, “In the coming months, this must be the language used in all formats of international engagement.”
He stressed that Ukraine is doing everything it can to release prisoners of war and return the fallen, adding:
“As agreed in Istanbul, Russia has still not provided full lists for the exchange of over a thousand individuals. We are doing everything we can to advance the process.”
