Madrid, November 10 (Hibya) – Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, congratulated Bolivia’s new Foreign Minister, Fernando Aramayo.
Spain’s Foreign Minister Albares congratulated Fernando Aramayo on his appointment as Bolivia’s new Foreign Minister.
Albares stated that the people and government of Bolivia can count on Spain during this new phase, emphasizing that both countries will renew their Country Partnership Framework and jointly address the upcoming Ibero-American Summit to be held in Madrid.
