Araghchi speaks with European Commission Vice President Kallas
Tehran, 28 November (Hibya) – Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi held a phone conversation with Kaja Kallas, the European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission.
According to the ministry’s statement, Araghchi and Kallas discussed Iran–EU relations as well as regional and international developments during their phone call.
During the conversation, Araghchi referred to the ongoing legal violations and attacks committed by Israel in West Asia, particularly in the occupied Palestinian territories and Lebanon, stressing that these acts constitute a blatant violation of international law. He emphasized the responsibility of the international community to stop the crimes of the regime.
The two sides also underscored the importance of continuing contacts and consultations between Iran and European counterparts to exchange views on regional and international developments.
