Baqaei: The US committed another war crime by attacking civilian infrastructure
Tehran, July 17 (Hibya) - Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei announced that the United States targeted bridges during its unlawful attacks on Hormozgan Province, killing eight Iranian civilians and committing what he described as another clear war crime.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei stated that the United States was attempting to demonstrate its so-called "power" by targeting civilian infrastructure and civilians, adding that these actions had further strengthened the unity of the Iranian people.
Providing details of the attack and the casualties, Baqaei said: "This is how the United States tries to display its so-called 'power': by attacking civilian infrastructure and killing civilians. Last night, during its unlawful attacks on Hormozgan Province, the US targeted bridges and committed another clear war crime by killing eight innocent Iranians—four men and four women, including two disabled siblings."
Highlighting what he described as the Iranian people's united determination in the face of aggression, Baqaei stated: "The Iranian people are now more determined and united than ever before, and are fully resolved to make their savage enemies bitterly regret this criminal aggression against their beloved homeland."
