Budrys: A strong Europe must be protected by every generation
Vilnius, May 9 (Hibya) - Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys emphasized in his Europe Day message that Europe is a union built on freedom, security, and prosperity, stressing that Europe must be continuously protected.

Budrys emphasized that the European Union consists of countries united around shared values and that peace has been secured thanks to this unity, stating, “What we have is not guaranteed forever – it must be protected, defended, and strengthened by every generation.”
In his statement, Budrys celebrated Europe Day by saying, “Let us continue to build a strong, free, and resilient Europe.”
