Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys made a statement regarding the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp.

Highlighting the scale of the historical tragedy, Budrys said, “Auschwitz-Birkenau was liberated exactly 81 years ago today.”

Describing the Holocaust as the gravest crime in history, Budrys stated, “More than one million people were murdered there – most of them Jews. The Holocaust claimed the lives of 6 million European Jews, targeted solely for who they were: their culture, their faith, and their history. This remains humanity’s most serious crime and its deepest moral failure.”

Emphasizing the dangers of hatred and indifference, Budrys added, “Hatred begins with fear. Indifference allows violence to grow. Today, in Lithuania and around the world, we need more than ever the courage to confront antisemitism and all forms of hatred for a safer, more united, and more prosperous society.”
