Carney stated that they discussed ways to remove internal trade barriers, create new markets, and build a strong Canadian economy instead of thirteen separate ones. "The resources the world needs are grown in Saskatchewan. By working together and leveraging that advantage, we can build the strongest and fastest-growing economy among the G7 countries," he said.
