Cassis: Switzerland is committed to supporting Syria’s political transition
Geneva, February 26 (Hibya) - Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis met with the Syrian Arab Republic’s Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Hind Kabawat.
Swiss Foreign Minister Cassis met in Geneva with Syria’s Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Hind Kabawat.
Cassis stated that they discussed the importance of a peaceful and inclusive political transition that benefits all Syrian people, as well as perspectives on reconstruction.
"Switzerland is committed to supporting the political transition process. Throughout this process, we reiterate the importance of full respect for international law and stand ready to consider additional ways to contribute constructively to these efforts."
