Death toll from earthquakes in Venezuela rises to 3,685
Caracas, July 8 (Hibya) - Venezuelan National Assembly President Jorge Rodriguez announced that the death toll from the earthquakes in the country has risen to 3,685, while the number of injured has reached 16,740.
According to CCTV, citing data shared by Rodriguez on his Telegram channel, the death toll from the earthquakes in Venezuela has risen to 3,685, while the number of injured has reached 16,740.
Following the earthquakes, a total of 17,907 people were left homeless. The statement also noted that 1,076 aftershocks have been recorded in the region since the twin earthquakes that struck on June 24.
