Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Deputy Foreign Minister Haris Theocharis attended the 14th Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization (WTO), held in Yaounde, Cameroon.

As part of the conference, Theocharis participated in the EU Trade Ministers Council and in an event organized by the Cyprus Presidency to support Ukraine. He also took part in working sessions and in the side event “Trade Ministers Coalition for Climate”.

Theocharis met with Commissioner for Trade and Economic Security Maros Sefcovic, Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Christophe Hansen, and Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade Taras Kachka. He also held bilateral meetings with Australia’s Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Matt Thistlethwaite, Kenya’s Deputy Minister of Trade Regina Ombam, Cyprus’ Minister of Energy, Trade and Industry Michael Damianos, and WTO Deputy Director-General Johanna Hill in order to strengthen bilateral economic relations.

On the sidelines of the conference sessions, the Deputy Minister exchanged views on issues of common interest with India’s Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal and the United Kingdom’s Minister of State for Business and Trade Chris Bryant.
