New York, March 6 (Hibya) - United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that the time has come to stop the conflicts and begin serious diplomatic negotiations.
UN Secretary-General Guterres stated that all illegal attacks taking place in the Middle East and beyond are causing great suffering and damage to civilians across the region.
Emphasizing that the attacks pose a serious risk to the global economy, especially for the most vulnerable groups, Guterres said: "The situation could spiral out of control in a way that no one would be able to contain."
Pointing out that the time has come to stop the conflicts and begin serious diplomatic negotiations, Guterres said: "The stakes could not be higher."
