Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Israeli President Isaac Herzog made a statement on the rise of antisemitism and anti-Israel hate speech, particularly on university campuses in North America and Europe.

Highlighting the challenges faced by students, Herzog said: “The growing hostility toward Jews on university campuses around the world deeply concerns me. In recent weeks, I have met with hundreds of university students from across the globe, and the disturbing experiences of anti-Jewish and anti-Israel hatred they face—especially on campuses in North America and Europe—cannot be ignored.”

Warning about the danger of rhetoric turning into action, Herzog added: “We have all seen how anti-Jewish rhetoric can quickly escalate into deadly violence against Jews. Now is the time for leaders in every field to take clear and determined steps against antisemitism.”

Conveying a message of solidarity to young people and the Jewish community, Herzog concluded: “My message to the inspiring young leaders who stand up for Israel and the Jewish people is this: We stand with you in this vital fight against antisemitism. The Jewish people are an eternal people, and we will not allow this hatred to break us.”
