President Herzog stated that the visits of the US Republican and Democratic delegations demonstrate the true shared values between the United States and Israel.

He told the delegations that Israel continues to operate in accordance with international law, "has significantly increased the flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza, and continues with all its might and by every possible means to strive to bring our hostages home. I also made it clear that the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Organization continues to hold hostages, starve them, torture them, and mistreat them, keeping 50 people still in captivity, which is a deliberate and blatant crime against humanity."

Herzog said that it is the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Organization that loots and steals the aid, preventing its distribution to civilians in Gaza.
