IDF: Commander in Hamas production headquarters killed
Tel Aviv, July 10 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that two separate airstrikes carried out in the northern Gaza Strip killed a commander serving in Hamas' production headquarters and a company commander from the Nuseirat Battalion.

According to the IDF statement, the first strike conducted earlier this week killed Khalil Jamal Khalil Mena, who the IDF said served as a commander in the production headquarters of Hamas' military wing. The statement alleged that Mena managed rocket launcher production workshops throughout the war and took part in rebuilding production infrastructure during the ceasefire period.
The IDF said that the second strike, carried out a day later, targeted Osama Walid Dib Muharib, who it identified as a company commander in Hamas' Nuseirat Battalion. The statement alleged that Muharib had recently stored explosives intended for use in attacks against Israeli forces.
The IDF stated that the individuals posed a threat to Israeli forces and said that its operations in Gaza would continue.
