IDF: Militant killed after crossing yellow line in southern Gaza
Tel Aviv, October 8 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that a militant who crossed the yellow line in the southern Gaza Strip and attempted to damage operational infrastructure was killed.
In a statement, the Israel Defense Forces said that troops operating in the southern Gaza Strip yesterday identified a militant who had crossed the yellow line and was attempting to damage operational infrastructure.
The statement said the individual's actions posed an immediate threat, adding that a strike was carried out shortly after he was identified to eliminate the threat, killing the militant.
The IDF stated that Southern Command forces would continue to be deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement.
