According to CCTV, Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei said in a response to a letter from Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem and members of the group that Tehran's strategic support for Hezbollah would continue.

Khamenei described Hezbollah as one of the main pillars of resistance against Israel, stating that the group's strength comes not only from its armed capabilities but also, in particular, from the support of the people in southern Lebanon.

Emphasizing that Iran's support for Hezbollah is a strategic policy, Khamenei said that preserving Lebanon's territorial integrity and bringing Israel's military operations in the country to an unconditional end are among Tehran's top priorities.

Khamenei also stated that these issues would be among the primary priorities in any potential agreement with the United States.

Criticizing both the United States and Israel, Khamenei argued that the international community could no longer remain silent about their policies and said that the "resistance" approach would continue.
