Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The army stated that starting Sunday, it would halt operations daily between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. local time in Muwasi, Deir al-Balah, and Gaza City until further notice.

The army said it was not actively operating in those areas but noted that clashes and attacks had occurred in each of them in recent weeks. In its statement, the army also said that safe routes would be designated to assist aid organizations in delivering food and other supplies to people across Gaza.

The announcement of pauses in some combat zones came after months of warnings from experts about famine caused by Israeli restrictions on aid.

In recent weeks, international criticism — including from close allies — has intensified as hundreds of Palestinians have died trying to reach food distribution points.

Meanwhile, Egypt’s state-affiliated media reported on Sunday that aid trucks had begun entering the Gaza Strip after Israel’s announcement of a “tactical pause” to allow deliveries in parts of the devastated area.

Al-Qahera News posted on its X channel, “Egyptian aid trucks have started entering the Gaza Strip from the Rafah border crossing,” and shared footage of aid convoys moving in the border area.
