Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, “We have repeatedly stated that it is better for us to do this through political and diplomatic means. The Special Military Operation (SVO) continues under conditions where these paths became impossible, with all dialogue proposals rejected by both Ukraine and the West. If we manage to enter a diplomatic resolution, that will be the preferred option for us.”

The Kremlin spokesman explained, “We must see that the tasks undertaken by the SVO are actually fulfilled, and then consider how to build relationships.”

Last Wednesday, representatives from Moscow and Kyiv held a third meeting in Istanbul that lasted about an hour. Following the meeting, head of the Russian delegation Vladimir Medinsky stated that all humanitarian agreements from the second round of negotiations had been implemented.

This time, the parties agreed to continue indefinitely the medical exchange of severely wounded and sick individuals.

Russia also announced that it is ready to transfer an additional 3,000 bodies of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers to Ukraine and proposed a prisoner exchange of at least 1,200 individuals on each side.
