Israeli Foreign Ministry: Palestinian School Textbooks Need to Be Rewritten
Jerusalem, February 9 (Hibya) – Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the artificial intelligence platform ChatGPT refused to generate visuals from Palestinian school textbooks, describing the content as “hate-filled.”
In a statement, Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs drew attention to the content of the Palestinian education curriculum.
The statement said: “We asked ChatGPT to create visuals based on real examples from Palestinian school textbooks. ChatGPT rejected the request due to anti-Jewish and hate-filled content. Palestinian children do not benefit from this protection. They are taught hatred every day.”
Emphasizing the impact of educational content on children, the statement added: “Palestinian school textbooks need to be rewritten.”
